VIDEO: Elephant on the loose!

You don't always get thanked for your good deeds - certainly not these villagers anyway, as they found out after rescuing this Sri Lanka elephant after it fell into a local well.

It seemed rather more angry than happy, giving the local cameraman who was filming a run for his money as well as the villagers who helped him.

The baby elephant in question had fallen into a cultivation well in one of the farming areas in North Central Sri Lankan Province, it's an increasing sight as many of the elephants stray into human settlement areas in search of food.
